Nourish your body. Understand your symptoms. Find peace with food.
Personalized nutrition support for gut health, hormone health, and a healthier relationship with food.
I’m Ashley Tweddle, MS, RD, LDN, a Registered dietitian helping women better understand their bodies and build a more confident, sustainable approach to nutrition.
You know your body isn't feeling quite right.
Maybe you've tried elimination diets, supplements, or countless nutrition tips—and you're still not sure what actually works for you.
Maybe you're tired of feeling like being healthy means following more and more food rules.
Or maybe you simply know something feels off, but you don't know where to start.
You don't need another generic diet.
You need an approach that considers you—your symptoms, your nutrition, your hormones, your lifestyle, and your relationship with food.
That's what we'll work on together.
Nutrition care built around the whole you
Gut Health
Personalized nutrition support to help you better understand and manage digestive symptoms without unnecessary restriction.
Hormone Health
Nutrition support designed to nourish your body and support hormonal health throughout the menstrual cycle and beyond.
Food Freedom
Move away from confusing food rules and toward a flexible, nourishing relationship with food that supports both your health and your life.
Your health is more than a list of symptoms.
Let’s look at the bigger picture.
Your symptoms don't exist in isolation. Digestion, hormones, nourishment, stress, sleep, movement, lifestyle, and your relationship with food can all be part of the picture.
My approach is evidence-based, individualized, and whole-person—with the goal of helping you better understand your body and build an approach to nutrition that actually fits your life.

Sometimes additional information can help us see the bigger picture.
Functional testing—including GI-MAP, SIBO breath testing, hormone testing, and targeted nutrient or laboratory testing—can be incorporated into either insurance-based counseling or private coaching when appropriate.
Hi, I’m Ashley.
I'm a Registered Dietitian and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in clinical nutrition and oncology nutrition—and more than three years of experience in private practice supporting hundreds of women with gut health, hormone health, and their relationship with food.
