Hi, I’m Ashley.

Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher, and believer that taking care of your health shouldn't mean spending your life stressing about food.

Over the years, my approach to nutrition has evolved around a simple belief: your health is about so much more than what you eat.

Digestion, hormones, nourishment, stress, movement, sleep, lifestyle, and your relationship with food can all influence how you feel. That's why my approach looks at the bigger picture—while still keeping nutrition practical, flexible, and grounded in evidence.

Why I do this work

Nutrition can be incredibly powerful—but it can also become overwhelming.

There is no shortage of advice telling us what to eliminate, what to avoid, which supplements to take, or what the “perfect” diet should look like. And when you're already dealing with digestive symptoms, hormonal concerns, or simply not feeling your best, it's easy to feel like the answer must be another restriction or another set of rules.

I believe there's a better way.

My goal is to help you understand what's going on in your body without creating more fear or stress around food. That means using nutrition strategically when it can help, while also protecting flexibility, adequate nourishment, and your relationship with food.

Because ultimately, I don't want you to feel like you need a dietitian forever. I want you to leave our work together with a better understanding of your body, more confidence in your choices, and tools you can continue using long after we're done working together.

My approach to nutrition

Good nutrition care should be personalized enough to support your health—and flexible enough to fit your actual life.

Evidence-based, not trend-based

Nutrition advice can be noisy. I use current evidence, clinical expertise, and your individual health history to guide recommendations—not the latest wellness trend or one-size-fits-all protocol.

Personalized to you

Your symptoms, preferences, lifestyle, health history, goals, and relationship with food all matter. We'll build an approach around your needs rather than trying to fit you into a predetermined plan.

Health without unnecessary restriction

Sometimes nutrition changes are helpful. But more restriction isn't automatically better. My goal is to use nutrition strategically while preserving flexibility, adequate nourishment, and enjoyment of food whenever possible.

The experience behind my approach

My path as a dietitian has given me experience across both clinical and private practice settings—and shaped the way I work with clients today.

I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and am a Registered Dietitian with a background in clinical nutrition, including oncology nutrition. For the past three years, I've also worked in private practice, supporting hundreds of women with digestive concerns, hormone health, and their relationship with food.

I'm also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, which has deepened my appreciation for the connection between nourishment, movement, stress, and overall well-being.

Today, I bring these perspectives together to provide nutrition care that is evidence-based, compassionate, and grounded in the bigger picture of your health.

When I’m not talking about nutrition…

When I'm not working with clients, you'll probably find me practicing or teaching yoga, getting outside for a walk or run, trying a new recipe, planning a trip to explore a new city, or spending time with my Cavapoo.

Movement and mindfulness are a big part of my own life, which is one reason I believe so strongly that health is about more than what's on your plate.

I also believe that taking care of yourself should leave room for the things that make life enjoyable—good food, movement you genuinely love, time with people you care about, and plenty of flexibility along the way.

Ready to take the next step?

Whether you're navigating digestive symptoms, hormone concerns, your relationship with food—or a combination of all three—I'd love to help you create an approach to nutrition that supports your health and actually fits your life.
